Chalet Viking's land development projects in 2010 have resulted in the completion and sale of the first four-story block of 8 apartments. The flagship residential complex designed by architect Joseph Merhej, offers quality condo and apartment living in Halat/Nahar Brahim, about 12 km north of Jounieh. Each 180m2 apartment comes with private parking, mountain views and a sea view of the Mediterranean, and features many of the amenities typically found in luxury condos.

Construction has also commenced on another 8-unit complex in Halat/Naher Brahim. The apartments will be available for viewing, customization and bookings in early 2011.
